Part direct pressed and part whole bunch fermented, short skin maceration and aromas of lime peel, quince and asian pear. Refreshing and well textured on the palate with electric acidity, chalky minerals and a touch of VA that helps the fruit shine even more. Aged in a mix of old oak barrels and bottled unfined,
